FULL FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

Gear 2000 Ultra Gear, Duro-Shell, and Air-Release series shoulder pads are guaranteed to be free from
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from teh original date of purchase. Gear
2000 is not responsible for normal deterioration, wear or abuse.  This warranty applies only if Gear 2000
is notified in writing upon detection of the defective equipment.  The exclusive remedy shall be limited to
repaair or replacement of or credit for the equipment.  Gear 2000 alone shall choose which of these options
is appropriate.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state
